Service rating : I have been buying shirts from CT for seven years and have always been impressed by the customer service. Having recently purchased eight shirts in the same size I have always worn, I was very very disappointed to find that CT have changed reduced the size of the body of the shirts. Comparing the size of the shirt against those that I wear now, there is at least a 2 inch difference in width. I wont be using CT again.

Fabulous bag - This bag is wonderful! I purchased the white one, and love it. One thing to be aware of is that when it rubs against darker denim jeans, it picks up the blue. Other than that it looks great on, has good capacity (you can fit a book or two in there, or a manila file folder with a few journal articles--I'm a grad student, so that's my frame of reference
