Gucci will rap, despite concerns-1

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The show will go on. Despite concerns by an Albany City Commissioner about the offensive lyrics in
Gucci Mane's rap songs, the artist is coming to Albany this weekend.
Thursday, concert promoters and supporters gathered at the Civic Center to encourage people to attend the Saturday night event.
If you're not a rap fan, you've probably never heard of
Gucci Mane, let alone any of his music.
But lots of people have and are excited about his performance here at the Civic Center Saturday night, which is still planned, despite worries from city commissioner Bob Langstaff.
The tickets are selling. "I got two, for now," said fan Jasmine Jackson.
